• Phase II


    Cambridge Innovation Park currently has two buildings, providing grade ‘A’ office space for nearly 60 businesses on a 10-acre site. We are applying for planning permission to construct the next phase of development. This will see a further 80,000 sq. ft of premium office space, for up to sixty new offices to become available by late 2020.

    The most prominent feature of this new phase of construction will be the central unit, featuring a three-storey lobby and office space from 15,000-40,000 sq ft, ideal for a corporate Headquarters. The position would make this space the beacon of the entire park. As Phase II of construction is yet to begin, we can be very flexible and offer precise configuration for the successful applicant’s requirements. We could even offer naming rights to the entire building if a minimum size requirement was met.
